I might be being pernickerty, but...

I didn't like the "who owns these fingers" question

pertaining to a black man.

I think it should have been phrased "who belongs to these fingers"

(But, maybe just me)

fair enough Imastwka . the finger reference wasn't a racist dig  though , the gentleman in the picture was extraordinary due in no small part to his fingers . magic fingers . Clapton has been heard to say he isn't sure how Johnson was able to do exactly what he did (i think he needed another guitarist to replicate some )
