An item I paid for hasn't arrived and has disappeared from my purchased items list.

Has anyone else had this happen?I purchased it on the 20/10/2013 paid and was told it was posted, and was given a tracking number.It still hasn't arrived and I contacted the seller, who said they would contact the shipping company.Today its gone from my items list, I didn't remove it ,how is this possible?

Purchase history can only be viewed for 60 days when "recent" is selected.

In purchase history change it from recent to archived.

I can't even find "recent" or "archived" to select!!!

@milosnan. After over 8 YEARS a lot changes with eBay. In your purchase history look at the drop-down menu at the top of the page that says "last 60 days"
