I am having difficulty with a seller regarding a 5yr warranty on an item. I have emailed then 4 times by email and they have ignored me. I know that the return window expired in Oct 2021 but the item has a 5 yr warranty. How can I proceed when the seller is ignoring me???
Better to start your own topic about this, as it not about phoning eBay (and besides, eBay are not going to do a thing after all this time).
Was there a real 5 year warranty? (MUST be an authorised seller or re-seller registered in Australia)
or an ordinary seller? (Just the word warranty on the ad)
If there really was a warranty, (unlikely if the seller is not responding) contact the actual company
Unless the seller is an Australian registered business and/or is a authorised reseller of the item the warranty is worthless.
