How do you contact eBay to stop them from stealing from your PayPal account? They have been billing me for a sales account I don't have.

This is an issue that has been going on for several weeks. Service Request number. #15186187567

I have spent considerable time dealing with a representative who cannot speak easily understood English. She asked me to repeat almost everything I said - several times. I tried your chat line but it doesn't work. I have a blank chat window open right now. By phone I was promised a fast resolution to my problem. After wating for more than a week with no further contact I again contacted eBay via the Sydney Office number. After going through several menu options I was left with a "Leave a message and we will get back to you option". That has not helped either - no one has responded to me. I have just left another message this morning. No response yet.

I have had enough, eBay has been STEALING from me for years - taking money from my PayPal account without authorisation. I have never sold anything on eBay, only purchased. When reconciling my PayPal account a few weeks ago - it was short by several hundred dollars - I found that eBay has been billing me for years - without my knowledge or permission.

I have had enough. I have approached the Police Fraud division and shown them my PayPal account dating back several years. They agree that there is a major problem, but say that is not necessarily fraud unless eBay refuses to rectify the matter. They have asked me to contact eBay again - in writing - and get back to them if eBay doesn't resolve the matter. So far, eBay hasn't even responded to me, let alone made any attempt to rectify the matter. Since I first registered a complaint, eBay has taken two more payments from my PayPal account. This morning - in my spam folder - I got an email saying that they were about to take another payment.

Amazing how they notify me that they are taking money, but not contact me about refunding the money that they have STOLEN. Taking money without permission is stealing - look in any dictionary.

I will continue with my Police complaint unless this is rectified IMMEDIATELY and I will make sure that the local papers and current affairs media know about eBay's fraudulent activity. You have been taking money for years - supposedly as I am a seller - but I have NEVER sold anything on eBay. I have never advertised anything on eBay. I have only made purchases on eBay.

With Christmas coming up I think that people should be warned about the risks of dealing with eBay. So does the representative of channel seven who I have just spoken to. Fix it or it is Police and news media.

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!
