A 'mod' has been on, and taken away your personal info (due to scammers accessing your address).

You are not contacting ebay or the seller here.

You can change your address in your 'personal preferences' in your account.

Have you contacted the sellers? Have they sent your items?

If they have (and they're sending by Aust Post)......you can sign up online with A.P. to re-direct them.

If they're coming by courier, you might have to contact them.

Sellers are obliged to send the items to that which eBay advises.....as you did not change your address at checkout, you now have a run-around.

Good luck, and sorry for your loss

also.....have you lodged a redirection through A.P.?

I am so very sorry for your loss, Margaret. This must be an incredibly difficult time for you.

To get your orders sent to your new address, you will need to contact the sellers of those items directly, as eBay cannot redirect mail once it has been sent. The sellers are the only ones who can help you with this.

Here is how to contact them:

  1. Go to your Purchase History.

  2. Find the order for the Stock Pot (item # 241352283278) and the Curtains (item # 171351631004).

  3. Click on each item and then select "Contact seller".

  4. Explain the situation to them just as you have here. Provide them with your new address  and politely ask if they can update the shipping address before the items are dispatched.

It is also a very good idea to log into your eBay account and update your default shipping address immediately to prevent this from happening with any future orders. You can do this in your account settings.

My sincerest condolences again. I hope the sellers are able to help you quickly.
