The new chat for help is so time consuming it took over an hour yesterday just to get 3 credits back,how come sellers are never asked or told of changes ebay always assume it will help us
If you go to the Seller Board.....you may find much better help.....just put your question 'out there'.....chances are we have already 'been through it' & can answer your question straight away or (at least) refer you to another thread that is already 'active' about the same thing
