Same rules for everyone, as has been the case when Managed Payments came in over two years ago

And how long you have been a member

or your feedback as a seller prior to now/last year/last decade doe not make a difference

there are also laws that cover money laundering and the need for those who handle financial transactions to verify the identity of those who transact with them

Yes, privacy legislation also applys, but obviously you don,t know how it applys to the information , you are legally required to provide.
