Refund ebay plus membership

Hi There,

I've been charged for eBay plus membership for a year today, I would like to cancel it and as per T&C's I can do so within 14 days.

Please assist me with cancelling and refunding my eBay plus membership.

And as you have read the terms and conditions, you are aware that after you cancel your membership, you must then contact ebay customer service, within the 14 day timeframe and request a refund, as it is not applied automaticly.

Note.... contacting other members on the forums does not count as contacting customer service.

I sent a message to eBay to cancel my $49 membership on 3/10/2022. I have been charged $49 membership on 12/10/2022. Why??

@ franksie38 'sending a message to eBay' is not how you cancel eBay Plus that is why. It is done through the membership link, as has been explained in this thread (and would have been outlined in the t&c you marked as having read when you joined)
