We are not able to sustain the payment for eBay plus and request a refund.

On 21st July payment for annual membership for eBay Plus was taken from our account and we need it refunded please.

This is within the 14 days as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Please cancel our membership.

You have to request the refund via Customer Service.   Contact them via live chat ASAP

 

2.3. If your existing membership renews automatically at the end of your membership year and you are charged the annual membership fee, you will have 14 days from the date you have been charged on your preferred payment method to request a refund of the membership fee from Customer Service. If you have not already cancelled your membership in accordance with clause 2.1, Customer Service will cancel your membership for you. For the avoidance of doubt, you will no longer be entitled to the benefits of your eBay Plus membership from the date of cancellation.

Unless the rules have changed very recently you cannot get a refund once the funds have been taken from your account.

 

You have to cancel the subscription before the subscription renews.

People here cannot cancel or refund, we are buyers and sellers like yourself

 

I do not know how much luck,if any people have had with getting a refund after the fees due have already been taken
