Hi,   I recently opened an account to purchase an item through ebay and began communications via email messsages to the seller after sending two messages I was the locked out from sending messages temporarily.  Themessage i received was:   We temporarily restricted your account from sending messages. {e56061-923393x}   Is there a rule on supplying the seller my email address as this is what the seller requested from me to provide information about a product Iamlooking to purchase from them?   Grateful for some information.   Kind regards   Alex ... I would like to leave feedback for EBay itself but can't find an email address.  On the contact page the email and phone icons are greyed out and don't respond. i would like to comment in the false advertising e.g.   I was looking for an IPad case, one came up $10 I go in and that price  is for some other item like a screen saver or something.  The actual price is $40 for an iPad case.    ... Screwed by seller, sent a rehashed defective item, Procomp fuel injection system, manifold had obviously been incorrectly drilled, then redrilled, making all mounting holes slotted!. Asked Screwbay to authorise a return, yes but seller refused to pay return shipping, $477. Australia to US .   Screwbay said return at my expense and call centre robots assured me that Screwbay would reimburse me when proof of delivery to seller was provided to Screwbay.   Have done this three times!!   Call centre robot stated that repayment was authorised on the 11th September and payment would show in my account within ten business days!.   Rang call centre's  non understandable robots on 26th September, and was again assured that payment would be made within seven days.   Now the 6th October, NOTHING!!.   LIARS!.   ... So I am new to ebay, and I'm trying to set up my ebay account - the way that I pay my ebay sellers fee. I have selected bank account because I don't want paypal and I don't have a credit/debit card, only I have encountered some issues when trying to fill out the boxes. It keeps telling me to fill out the box where it says US users only in brackets, and I am from Australia, and on the Australian site. It also keeps trying to tell me to add a routing number, but my dad (who is also on ebay) says that this is also for US banks. I don't know how to fill out the form when these two boxes tell me that I MUST fill them in to continue. What can I do? ... View more

My husband could not find the item he had listed for sale so he decided to relist and has used a new name to relist this item.  I didn't know he had done this and when I went to go into our watchlist everything was gone. Hi I moved from England to Australia 5 years ago and i want to sell some items. The problem is my fees come in GBP not Aust dollars. I have opened a new Paypal account as i thought that was the problem but it is Ebay. They charged me $900 extra to spraypaint & on questioning the quality of work they said we are not going to come to the cost of fixing it as i live in Qld.
