Hi all, how many days handling time is reasonable before seller should post item?

I bought the item on Saturday (21.07.12), paid with PayPal. Contacted seller on Tuesday (24.07.12) she said she will post it "tomorrow" meaning Wednesday but the item still isn't marked as posted and seller is not responding to emails? Should I try to get my money back via PayPal?

Is this by chance the bag from China?  if so, the seller states handling time 5 days, so realistically may not post till today,  also you need to allow at least 4 weeks for the item to arrive from overseas. watch the date, you have 45 days from day of purchase to file a dispute if the item does not arrive by then, so don`t miss the cut off date.
