I have twice requested tracking information from a seller via eBay message. No information for 4 day

I requested twice tracking details for a purchase I made. No contact from seller then 5 days later item is marked as posted but no tracking information uploaded. What should I do with an elusive seller who refuses to reply to this request.

Firstly as soon as the seller generates a label eBay automatically mark the item as "posted", and secondly if the seller just posts into one of AP's Red Boxes there will be no scan until the item reaches a postal hub.

There's not much you can do until the ETA has passed, then you can open a dispute through the MBG.

What is the item number ?
