Seller requests I return incorrect items in the same AP satchel I received it in & mark it as 'Return to Sender'. Is this ok to do or is it illegal?
No it is not legal if the parcel was correctly addressed and collected by the person it was addressed to. The seller is trying it on. Go through the correct Ebay return procedure to keep your protections.
