how do i make a partial refund for overpaid postage ?

A customer in Canada has bought an item for which the ebay postage calculator estimated a $ 13.70 postage charge. however the item only cost us $2.35 for a letter to Canada. We would like to refund some of the postage back to the customer. How do we do it?

careful ebay doesnt give partial refund for fees youve paid - $13.70 x 11% is $1.40

Go to your PP account, next to the payment is Issue refund.

Click on that and enter the amount you want to refund.
