I have a parcel that has been shipped under the Global Shipping Program that seems to have gone missing.  It had the original Global Tracking number of: UPAAB000000063715106     The tracking information displayed is very inconsistent and confusing there - it says that t was received into the Ebay International Shipping centre multiple times.   Now it says that it has been transferred to: LPKEN000000053331956 and when you click on that tracking number, it takes you to a different company (wndirect.com) where it throws up a message saying that there is no tracking information !!!  It has been like that for several days with absolutely no update.   It seems that my parcel has dissapeared into a black hole and is lost !   Ebay - where is my parcel ??????? ... I was just reading about doing postage through eBay's label printing service, but in the small print I noticed that Australia Post label fees apply.   However I can't find just what those label fees are. Is this deceptive advertising. Just trying to rectify the way some are advertising with postage and handling, it is real deceptive.Some sellers put a postage and handling price in the postage and handling section but do not mention any exceptions so when you look it seems a good deal. But if you read at the bottom of there listng but not in the postage section they put a postage and handling exception there and you do not get to see it unless you scroll right down. That means that the buyer in Australia may receive the goods ( under 1000 USD) directly at home, without having to release them. I have open the dispute with this seller, cause I have recieved damaged items. He was offering $90 discount, or replacement of good.   The damaged goods is large metal shelves, we can not keep it. We want to seller to take it back. Can anybody tell me why you cannot upload Tracking Information to multiple items sent to the same person - with the increase of people buying and paying separately for multiple items (which I understand has to do with the mobile system).  I am not in the business of keeping Aust Post in profit and have no intention of sending each and every item as an individual post.  It can sometimes amount to 10-12 items.  With no tracking uploaded to these items this will obviously affect our ratings for 5 Star postage.
