Why am not getting the postage cost in my payment I still have to post the item but ebay is not add

The last 3-4 items you sold had postage cost in the listings which you would have been paid for.

Then eBay take their fees out before forwarding the funds to you.

Perhaps that is where you thought postage wasn't paid for by the buyer.

How much are you charging the buyer for postage? Are you using eBay labels? If you are they will take that cost out of the total with their fees before giving you whatever is left over.

If you say free postage (for the buyer) then someone, somewhere will still have to pay the carrier- that someone will be you!

Are you talking about those, or more recent ones?

Are you forgetting about the fees rather than not getting 'the postage cost'  ?

If you use the body of the post to tell other members exactly what is going on, maybe someone can advise
