I have bought 3 Items from The Bradford Exchange, and paid for them with Pay Pal. I have a copy of my Pay Pal Transactions, verifying that they have been paid for. I also have a Copy of my Credit Card Statement from the Bank verifying that the Transactions were paid for. Bradford Exchange sent me an Invoice Statement dated 2/02/16 pertaining to One of these Items valued at $319.94, stating that the Prepayment of $319.94 was paid in full, and the amount owing was Zero. Bradford Exchange sent me a Reminder Notice-Number-1, dated 112/02/16-stating that I owed them an amount of $319.94. I phoned their Accounts Department and asked them what were they doing. The Operator looked into it and finally stated that all was ok, and that I had nothing to worry about. Just a week ago, I got Reminder Notice Number-2, claiming that I still owed Bradford Exchange $319.94 Plus a Reminder Charge of $5. The Amount due now is $324.94. My Situation is that I have their Invoice Statement, the Pay Pal Statement, and my Credit Card Statement all VERY CLEARLY showing that the article has been paid for, and they are asking me to send these Copies to them. I have the 3 Items, have Proof Positive of the Payments, and I am just thinking of advising them to Go Jump. What more would you recommend that I should do. One thing Not to Do, is to purchase anything more from this organisation. They are Harassing me. I am 91 years of age and can buy my Grandchildren other items somewhere else. David Griffiths.
