Hi I paid for items through pay pal and the payment wasn't claimed. I emailed the seller and they said they have been having problems and pay pal hadn't got back to them.They asked if l would bank deposit. I felt unsafe about that and said l don't have the cash. I won an item (Ergo baby carrier)  on 24th August and paid after having a question answered immediately through paypal. Received a message stating seller had not accepted my payment and to wait. I cancelled payment as i felt something was not right. I sent seller an message telling them of my problem in trying to pay, and they insisted for a few days that it was fine and it would be ok. I continued to try and pay via paypal over the coming days and then messaged paypal to try and see if they could help me. Shorter question this time- Dispute was escalated to a claim for SNAD + faulty item. Seller did not respond within 10 days. PayPal refunded my money and did not require me to send the item back. Can the seller dispute/appeal this now? Can I be forced by ebay or PayPal to return it.. Also if PayPal has decided in my favour, and he whinges to ebay, can ebay over rule PayPal???? ... View more

Anybody help me.   8 days ago, I bought an item by 'buy it now' and paid straight away by bank deposit transfer, then I sent an email to seller that I already paid.   2 days later, I received an email from eBay that that seller closed and deleted everything including user ID so don't send the money to the seller but I already paid 2 days ago.   I contacted eBay but all of the details of the seller has already deleted so they can't do and help me anything. I contaced my bank but it also can't do anything...   I paid $150 and I sent an email to the seller but of course no reply. In this case I have to give up my money? I have no idea what shoud I do... I purchase one item on 18th August 2014  I did not get to the pay now portion of my transaction    but for some reason have ended up with 4 payments of the same item for which I only require the item once.   I realise my computer is playing up and your program would not accept mypassword at that time of this transaction even though the password has since been accepted on another transaction today.
