I purchased an item and was charged via echeque even although I had sufficient funds in my paypal account. The echeque cleared the item was sent and I received it. But I found out when I checked my paypal account a week after I received the item that they exact same amount was drawn from my paypal account on the same day/time. My bank statement shows that theres been a debit and my paypal account was reduced by that amount. Have I been charged twice? Thanks

The buyer asked and paid for two items inclduing postage however in the end only wanted 1 item. I have refunded her the money through Paypal no problem but how do I: a) get the sellers fees refunded b) rest the number sold (I have a mulitple items listing) c) clear the partially paid section in my sold section Thanks Marleys_Marketplace

I purchased a tablet which was described as Brand new and unused. It arrived today but has no original packaging, no instructions and it appears to have been used (not much but there is some wear on the screen). The seller has offered to refund me the amount I paid for it but will not refund my original postage costs or pay for return postage, so effectively I'm out of pocket for postage twice (all up close to $30). I have lodged a PayPal claim and the seller has offered a refund of the purchase price excluding postage costs, however if I escalate will PayPal go in my favour and will the refund include original postage costs? I do not want to pay postage twice when I would never have bid on the item if I knew it didn't come in it's original packaging and had been used!

Hi all, today I spoke with E bay and they told me to send my seller a mail requesting a manual invoice for n agreed purchase price, which I did, the problem is that although my seller is doing everything right to help resolve the situation and E bay told me to send my details to him etc ;I cant get the message to accept the emall address within the body of the message . i still cant send it to the seller . Sorry if this is hard to understand or convuluted . Please give me some help I am fairly inept when it comes to E bay

I was given a second chance draw which is great as i really wanted the items. It is a gift for my son and was excited to be getting them, however right now i am frustrated and have lost patience. I went to pay for the items on the 5th of March, could`nt pay thru Paypal due to problems her end however she knows of the Paypal problem. I have spoken to Paypal and they advised that she needs to register her email with them to enable buyers to use Paypal and i have advised her of this, i am still no better off here. There is a money transfer option but refuse to pay that way as it is $105 and with no buyer protection fro Paypal, that would be silly. I must admit by this strage i was getting dubious, so i looked at her feedbacks and although she only has 3 negatives due to the Paypal problem the rest of the feedback was great. I have also rung Ebay for some advice and they sent me a link to forward to the buyer of instructions to do a manual invoice to send to me. Because of the stuff up Ebay thinks ive paid and she cannot retrieve an invoice that way, and as i cannot send my email address thru Ebay which she needs in order to do the invoice, i have sent my ph number for her to text me and ill send the info along to her. That was 2 days ago. I messaged today and asked her to leave her ph number then and ill text her, have not heard back yet. Seems that this seller has stopped communicating to me and this is my second change draw which i have commited to so i want those items.... Please Help!!! What do i do next????

I purchased a high heel shoes on ebay on Friday, 7 March 2014. I thought I have paid it already by clicking pay now, and entering my name and my debit card number, and at the bottom I click payment processed by paypal. But they sent me an invoice so this means I still have to pay for it, and when I tried to pay for it, it keep asking me for my email address and I keep entering it, but it keep saying to me we can't find your email address. I keep trying but still it didn't go. Can you help me?

I have been sent a spoof email, which I think it is! !!!!! I have no idea, on this item they are asking payment for? Please send my last order, with ebay, and were to address this problem! I did send ebay an email three days ago addressing this email , but have not heard back from ebay? So I am assuming my account is under threat .

i was suppost to have a full refund put back into my bank witch is not there but seller 366 said that they put it back into my paypal account which i didnt have as i didnt want it but i just opened one that said i already had one open so i changed the password but still found out that there is nothing in it .there is supost to be $38 something in it, so please what has happend to it?thanks

I won an item and paid via paypal the agreed amount plus quoted shipping costs. The seller has since contacted me and told me that ebay quoted the shipping costs wrong and i would have to pay more for shipping. Am i obligated to pay the extra cost or can i terminate the sale and ask for a refund? thanks.
