A buyer has asked me to send an invoice to them before they click buy or paid. How can I do this?

Hi Billy, has the buyer committed to buy the items,  as far as I understand, once a buyer puts the items in their cart, they then have to commit to buy, before requesting a total invoice.

Agree mate, but the cart/request invoice process is stuffed and ebay haven't been able to fix it (despite their assurances)

Unfortunately eBay CS just type from a pre-written script. They have no more intention of raising with the techs or having it fixed in 24-48 hours than there really was a frog singing Rainbow Connection in the middle of a pond

You might be right, gutterpunk. I tried to add a couple of the OP's items to my cart and the "request total" link was fine (not greyed out). When it does not work, it is usually greyed out, but the OP said other buyers also had problems?
