As a new seller, you can't use listing tools for international listings on the Australian eBay site. You can begin using listing tools after 90 days have passed since your first sale, and you've received more than 10 positive selling feedback scores.

On another id I sold a set of new and sealed DVDs, buyer claims the DVDs are not new and are scratched, and wants a refund, as the DVDs are new and sealed just wondering what happens next?

Buyer constantly sending me messages/emails. Upset with me that I didn't personally message her to let her know when I received payment and posted the item. I had marked payment received and posted using the icons in ebay, but apparently this was not enough. I have only posted the item 24th may and already she is sending me emails "No dvds came today" two days after I posted them. How do I deal with this??

Someobody purchased my item, which was a Paypal only, pick up item. After the buyer purchases, they contact me asking for my contact details to arrange pick up. I advised that once payment is finalized via Paypal, I will then finalize contact and pick up information. Buyer then says he wants to pay cash for the item, and pick it up in 2 weeks as he lives in another state. I have advised the person that they should have communicated this desire first before purchasing, as Paypal is clearly listed as the only payment option, and I would have politely advised that it was not acceptable. As I refuse to do a "cash" transaction outside of eBay, refuse to wait 2 weeks, and don't wish to give a complete stranger my personal information, when they cannot even make the correct payment procedure, I have started a cancellation process. Has anybody else experienced a similar circumstance? I think that I am a good, honest seller with 100% rating, and dont want to make anything that can be considered a violation of eBays terms. And I certainly cant trust a buyer who clearly disregards a sellers terms of sale, and wishes to dictate their own terms after purchasing an item.

I was just checking out my current subscriptions and I noticed the option to have a basic store. I originally had a basic store that was changed to a featured store (not by choice as you know). But now I see the option there for Basic again... whats going on?

My sales have dropped dramatically this month on ebay, never had this before WHY? Also does anyone have tips on listing items now ebay have increased their listing fee from 50 cents to $1.50 per item? This is a huge increase... not happy at all with ebay right now!

I realised I set an auction to ship 'worldwide' instead of picking individual countries (UK, North America, etc) and I realised this opens me up to bids from countries with problematic postal systems like Russia. Is there a way to change this option once a bid has already been made? Assuming I will not change the shipping option to affect the current bidder, but just to add some exclusions.

Hi, I am having trouble setting up to sell some items, I can make the ad, then when I need to verify with a code (via mobile ) the automated phone call only tells me one number ( which isn't valid of course). When I click the 'verify another way' button It just goes back to the screen ' how would you like to pay your fees. Has anyone else had these problems? any answers appreciated

What course of action does a seller have when the item that was brand new and picked up personally by the buyer. Took it home and found a part missing. Do you refund the entire item?
