Hi everyone, Has anyone else had a similar experience?- I recently sent a parcel to Slovenia, and despite the global coronavirus pandemic, ebay is still listing delivery dates according to pre-covid days of having actual planes in the skies etc, which is completely unfair and impossible to attain. I told the customer there would be significant delays, however, when her parcel did not arrive in the 2 week window promised by ebay, she put in a complaint, and ebay have found in her favour. So now I am $170 out of pocket, plus the loss of the products (which she will still receive!!!) so a total over $300. I just can't afford to lose so much money. Also I have found out that much of the airmail from Australia is currently going by SEA which helps to explain the long delays. Does anyone know what I can do? Do you think the ACCC could help? I think that ebay promising delivery times on our behalf that cannot be met is possibly unlawful. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Lynette
