So ebay has caused me issues since last october that I have had to pay for unfortunatly nothing comes out of their pocket for wrong information and so forth. I have just managed to catch up on my own world and have fallen behind 1 ebay invoice feb and the march has just been generated. My understanding is if we dont pay 1 invoice we have until the next one due to pay both together. now arguing with their resolustion department I get this disgusting response after questioning there is no response. No response is needed as you chose to make a full payment. Thank you. Our goal is to assist sellers with their account through balance resolution. Please understand our department is not a forum for complaints, or to debate eBay policy. Any messages pertaining to this case will be read but are unlikely to be responded to. Hi, I am feeling a little frustrated. My selling limit has not gone up, I am allowed to sell 10 items per month, I understand starting a new selling hobbie can be overwhelming so slow and steady is advised. First month I endured only listing 10 items, second month I endured again only listing 10 items, well I could only list 7 because I had 3 unsold items already in the listing. It's the thrid month today and I only have 5 items listed and it won't let me list anymore items due to not being able to increase my selling limit. I have 5 items listed from last month, I haven't listed any today being the 1st of the month and I am unable to list any more? How am I supposed to sell anything at all if I can't sell the 5 listing I have and I am unable to list more items? Hi, friends  I am looking for some advice in regarding to posting issues as I am relatively new to eBay. I statrted a small eBay selling buisness about Apr 2017, and after almost a year I could see the trend is going well (For now It is very common for me to post 1 or 2 parcels everybusiness day) I use Post office from the day I formally started, I would say I never had a problem like missing parcels not even delays til Feb 2018.    This month is totally a nighmaire to me, til 27th I posted about 30 parcels and 6 get missing, no need to mention for delays.  I didn't insured or even required signatures as it would limit my margin (My profitabiltiy is already quite limited.) Those just get missing, there is one express 500 grams satchel along with 2 regular boxes directly disappeared after my LPO collected, no further update after one week.   And I have to bouncing between PO and my furious customers, offering some free gifts or bounces to them to try to calm them down.     I wonder if some of you actually have similar experience or just me?? My add "Carports, Decks, Pergola's, Garage, Alfresco Plans Drafting & Building Permits"   Has gone. Missed my last relist email so time ran out. I uregentl want to do the listing again but am having trouble. It must be a classified add as it is for a service and not a product. I have ran this add for a few years and have been happy with it. It does bring in some work. I put a lot of work into the add. How do I list a new classified add here in australia. I do nt want to auction or sell now. I paid $404 in fees on 16/2 I have sold $143 since that date (including postage) my fees owing are now $117 (including postage) i have spoken to ebay, a few days ago ,they promised to get back to me with an explanation, it hasn't happened. What has e-bay got to now with all the effort being put into screening all the wordings of each sale item. If the item is described as 'well worn' then it is targeting the adult fetishist market!. What on earth has this world got to now?. How else am I to describe something that is well worn if not 'well worn'?. Am I to say that it is not well worn and then the potential buyer will appeal for refund on the grounds the item was not described correctly?. That's just crazy!. I find American and U.K. e-bay is so much more lax in that respect and the Aussie e-bay is run by a bunch of prudes that seem to have way too much time for nit picking and annoying both sellers and buyers!. I just had a bunch of items taken off my sale list because they were described as 'Well Worn'. Wake up to yourself Aussie e-bay and stop spending too much time reading personal messages b/n members unless someone reports them to you for being inappropriate!!!.  Such a let down. Hi, I have a Classic Car advertised on Ebay. I put it on Ebay because I received an email from Ebay on the 30/12/17 saying I could list it for no fees. Since then I have received two charges that have been automatically deducted from my Bank Account. I think your email was totally missleading and I therefore which to cancel my ad please. A buyer asked me for a better price and I said yes I can sell it cheaper as a buy it now. So I ended the listing and relisted the item as a buy it now.
