Hi, I'm a new(ish) seller, which has for the most part been quite a successful experience. However, I've come upon a situation where a buyer has asked for a refund, and I'm unsure what steps i need to take. My listing says that the item is the brand Autograph (1626) and she is disputing the item as she says the garment ticket says 1626. This was also clear from the pictures included. Additionally, I have described the fabric as "linen-like (Ramie)", (also obvious from the picture included) and she is disputing that it is not linen. She would like a refund. When I completed my listing, I ticked the box that said no returns. So, could somebody please advise me what my next step is? Really I think the listing is clear and should stand as it is, but I'm willing to look at alternatives. I have already responded to one email and (politely) drawn her attention to the points I included above. I've also asked her to wait regarding the refund as I need to investigate refund processes. I'm happy to be directed to a selling tutorial, or to take your advice. Thanks in anticipation for your support.
