I originally registered on the UK site, but have since returned to Australia. My registered address was changed to an Australian address a few years ago, and I have bought things on EBay since then. This is the first time I've tried to sell anything here on the Australian site, though, and I get a message telling me that 'You are not allowed to sell internationally at this time.' (I only have 5 feedback points from selling, rather than the required 10.)   I suspect that my account is still registered as a UK account, even though I have changed my registration address to an Australian one. My billing currency still seems to be GBP, when I log in on the Australian site. Can you leave feedback on a buyers profile if they fail to pay on an item and a case is opened in the Resolution Centre and they choose to not respond to this. The case is closed and Final Value Refund is given to me but I would still like to leave a comment on their profile site alerting other buyers. I am unaware if when the Resolution centre record a "strike" against a unpaid item this is then available for buyers to view. If I am able to leave feedback I would do this in a "proper way" and not be abusive. I would appreciate an answer. Thank you. ... View more

I am wondering if anyone knows how to change the delivery dates as ebay only has up to 22days outside Australia In the past 3 days I have had messages from people wanting there money back as they haven't received there goods yet. I do have it written in the postage policy that it can take up to 45 days. I really need some advice with a buyer that I think might be messing me around but as I'm just a very occasional seller am not sure how to handle this buyer. The buyer bought an item from me on 1/12 buy it now with payment to be within 3 days. She then put an offer in on another of my items but emailed me enquiring if she could have cheaper postage (ie not to send Express post but  ordinary Australia Post satchel). I emailed her back explaining that I post Express Post and the combined postage costs and asked her to email me if she was agreeable to the Express Post cost (up to 3kg) before I accept her offer on the second item which I told her I was happy to accept. I heard nothing from her until today 6th Dec where she explained her husband has lung cancer and had hospital visits during the week so she couldn't get to her computer. She now is interested in another of my items (they're both dressses) and has asked me which one would suit her better. I'm not sure what to do here as she's already put an offer in one of these dresses, hasn't yet paid for the first item, and wants me to advise her which dress would suit her better. I sold a camper trailer tent to the highest bidder on Nov 2 for local pick up only.  The buyer paid via paypal the next day even though i never asked for payment this way, (i would have preffered payment on pick-up to avoid further paypal fees) He picked the tent up 3 weeks later, on Oct 22nd (it was his decision to wait this long and with our agreement)   Buyer now sends an email on Nov 26th saying there is holes and rips in the tent that he was unaware of and the gas strutts are inopperable. He was advised over the phone before the listing ended that there was small puncture type holes from one of the poles in the canvas but the tent was otherwise in good condition. There was no discussion of the struts in any of our verbal or written conversations and we were unaware if there was any problems with them before we listed the tent. (It had been sitting for a year or so and was not mounted on a trailer so we had no idea of their condition)  When the buyer cam to collect the tent he was shown where the puncture holes were and he seemed fine with the condition.  We also offered to put the tent up  to show him not only the condition of the tent but also to go over how to put it up and where the poles go but he declinded and said it would be okay.   Anyway, buyer lives 3 hours away and now wants to return the tent to a friends house for us to collect (which is about 25 min drive for us) What so you think? On Nov.20th, I sold a second hand coffee table. An option was pay on pick up. I emailed the buyer asking her to pick a day & a time that would suit her. She chose Saturday but didnt show up. She emailed & said she would come the next day Sunday at 4.30pm. We had 43% heat & I was aware she would have to travela distance. I have not heard from her since. I wondered if she had second thoughts about the purchase. This is not a concern for me as it is a cheap item. Plus I did not want to leave negative feedback. She only has 11 stars. What should I do?   I recently sold an item to someone and they paid no problem, but I had to wait for 21 days before the funds are cleared. I have another 5 days left before it is cleared. The problem is that I have tried to contact them 3 times to let them know that I had sent the item and if they could let me know if it has arrived. I also contacted them about another item they bought from me, but I had to refund them back as I couldn't supply their full order. All transactions were done through Paypal.    My worry is that the person has not replied to any of my messages, and I have already sent them the item, I know it had been delivered as it is being tracked. Can the person retract that payment from their end before it is cleared? I have already recorded it as being sent on Ebay. I am really surprised cause they have been on Ebay for a longtime and have numerous feedback on how they have paid promptly and quick communication, and even recently. buyer bought and paid for item and post. buyer says dress doesn't fit so I agreed she could return for a refund. She accepted she pays return post even though I told het ot just return to sender in ariginal bag. Do you refund her the post she paid to get it to her? It wasn't my fault she can't fit in dress and she didn't ask any measurement questions before bidding. Hi all,   I have just had an enquiry from a possible buyer asking what is my best price for 5 of my items.    The person has three ID's and 7 feedback.  The IDs are from 15/8/14 - 15/8/14, 15/8/14 - 7/11/14 & 7/11/14 to present.  All 5 listings state "offers not accepted" and all items are currently further reduced.  I also offer free postage so can't afford to drop the prices any further but  I am curious to know if other sellers think it is odd to have three ID's within such a short space of time.  I am interested to know for future reference.     Sales have been so poor lately that I was considering how I could offer a further reduction but have come to the conclusion that I would basically be giving the items away.     Does this buyer sound a bit dodgey to the more experienced sellers on eBay?   Thanks in advance for any feedback.   Kind regards ...
