I had already confirmed to the buyer the item had been posted when she contacted me saying she wanted a refund. She then noticed my communication advising her it was in the mail (I always send an email). So she then asked how long will it take. I said I couldnt confirm how long as postage delivery is out of my control, but that Australia Post says, usually it should take 3 - 4 days. It is now 7 days and I have had about 5 communications from her wanting to know where it is. I wrote again and said give it another 7 days if possible and it should be well and truly there, and if it is not then I will contact Australia Post to get it investigated. But, I will refund if it doesnt show after 14 days regardless. She has written again saying she wants the refund now. I looked up her feedback, it is good, although it makes me wonder, she has purchased between 50 and 70 items this month alone, from what looks like China. All the feedback from the sellers is huge. Against my better judgement I did think this person was going to be a problem from early on, but because I thought I was doing the right thing posting an item within an hour or so of buying I was doing a good deed. What can I do to refund her in order for her not to leave negative feedback because I ask her to wait for the item, seeing as its been posted. I make $1.50 on the item!! She has a different type of I.D. and the written speech is not the queens english. What should I do?
