2 months ago I sold over $100 items to the UK. the sales were several listings, separate paypal payments. I boxed up and posted with insurance, and partially refunded an amount back to the buyer as they didnt request a combined postage total prior to payment. - perhaps the ebay system made that not difficult, post price was based on weight but there was a little excess. today I receive the item back, thank goodness for insurance worth paying for. they spent over $100 on post too - which has obv. gone to australia post. the postee said they didn't pick it up, they're likely guessing. theres a customs charge sticker on the back, which has now been cancelled with return to sender My questions, I've had no response from this buyer, no messages, no thanks for partial p&h refund originally and no feedback. ebays taken their fees on the various separate listings so has paypal. when people buy from overseas do they see the additional approx customs charge /gst? I know when I look at overseas sellers ebay items it shows and addional estimate... but you pay when you initally purchase. How do I deal with this return? thanks
