100 free listings -Why aren't there any for the EASTER break??

The reason I gave up on my store was because of all the fees. It would be nice to have some extra 'free' listings over the Easter break.

I wouldn't be holding your breath, the "break" is almost over.

If nothing else, the Easter weekend had brought lots of new people into the forums, albeit to demand free listings. Always great to see new people! Welcome!

What happens when you give away free stuff for a while is people come to expect freebies as a right.

It was only a few years ago when you only got freebies for 99c auctions. Now everybody gets at least some

Pity it didn't bring lots of new people to our eBay listings rather than the forums! I think they're holding off because the know that nothing will get posted anyway until Australia Post decide they've taken enough days off.

I've sold 17 things since Thursday night, so no problems here. I'll have to pack everything tomorrow so it's ready to go out on Tuesday.

How do you know that new forum members won't become buyers? I've had a few sales from forum members, I've also bought from other members. It's not unusual for people to click on the "view listings" link under your name to see what you are selling.
