Doesn't look like it, Kopes. No listings or store there.
An out of stock option for a cancellation is an instant defect.
Too many of those and you're out of business.
I feel for the OP's plight, but there was enough notice about the new defect system.

Why did you select the out of stock option when you cancelled? Why didn't you use the problem with buyers location option? You must have had other out of stock defects because 1 isn't going to shut you down. Also, what has 2 months of cancer treatment got to do with it? Playing the sympathy card isn't going to work. EBay don't care. If you knew you were going to be out of action for awhile, why didn't you shut up shop for the duration? That's what I did when Mr Tippy had to have cancer treatment last year.

Where did you get the notion that eBay is a compasionate company that looks after its sellers?
I was booted off 2 years ago due to scamming buyers and there was no compasion from eBay then and there never will be.
Like some have said you never do the out of stock bull**bleep**.

I see you've still got a store door.
Hope you've cancelled that subscription.

The big problem for ebay is that these sorts of decicions make ebay a very risky place for sellers to build long term businesses. I was building a great ebay business that was making a genuine full time income. I had reached the point where I considered employing some-one and went as far as giving a potential employee a trial. It was during this period of ' soul searching " that I decided that ebay policy and rather draconian enforcement measures, simply made the platform too unstable to continue to grow my business.
The result was I made a concious decision to scale my ebay stores back and develop another business that was not related to online sales. I simply could not take the risk of losing my livelihood due to minor problems such as a couple of items being out of stock. That sort of thing simply does not happen in the real world.
