I received the email and accepted the offer. First 2 items sold no fee reduction. Contacted eBay and one item was fixed and credit received.
Second item, because buyer hadn’t paid CS said once paid the discount will be reflected. No it wasn’t.
So on the phone again. CS said doesn’t qualify because it was relisted. Why then were 2 combined items which sold, which were relisted, qualify for the promo and this one doesn’t, exactly the same scenario.
Here are the contradictions in the T&Cs
1. it doesn’t state “relisted” items are not eligible.
2. I sold 2 more items, both “listed” during the promo period but sold 1 and 2 days after the promo period ends. It doesn’t not specify “list and sell”, it only says “list”, which to me says these listing should receive the discount.
I’ve re-read the T&Cs and there is nothing that states “list and sell”, only “list”
