Has ebay actually researched this at all? This price is absolutely ludicrous.....$6.95 to print out one label is just pure greed. I will set up my own template in Word and just copy and paste across and then print out.
Another scheme to add even more fees to sellers. Very dissappointed ebay:(

Buy your bridge from me, I have a proven record of having sold it before, with or without the opera house, and I am more than happy to accept WU, no need to pay for expensive bank transfers.
Only one week left to purchase toer bridge and the tower of London so don't leave it too long

Okay fair enough, but you still have to pay for the satchel....

You should be able to use own packaging. Otherwise C&S 500g satchels are 15c each in lots of 20.

Seriously jadora, I cant believe you have over 2000 feedbacks and you are confused by this!
Click and Send price to post 500grams is $6.95. Yes you do have to buy your satchels, they cost .15c and you buy them from Australia Post on Ebay. They post them to you for free. You also get a bar code when you print your label which the post office scans and the buyer is notified by email that the package has been scanned in. Its a win/win. You have proof of every postage transaction in case the buyer claims they havent received it, this stays on the order details page on Ebay, you print your own labels and take them to the post office and hand them over. OR you could pay whatever it costs for a 500gram pre paid satchel...which is a bit more than $6.95 and get no record of postage.... I know which way I would prefer!!

.....um..... You're both going to have to wait a little longer, as I just used my inheritence to snag myself a once in a lifetime opportunity.
You are now looking at the owner of my very own pyramid. I dunno exactly how it all works, but the way I understood it is that I pay for a lower level apartment, then I have to talk other people into moving in with me and paying the rent, then I use their money to help me pay for the higher rent and move into a bigger apartment on the next level up - don't ask me how that works, I always thought pyramids got smaller the higher up you got, but hey, it's obvious those ancient Egyptians were master architects born way before their time. Once all the apartments are filled with paying tenants, I get to collect ALL the rent and live a life of luxury in the penthouse!11!!!1!

well in that case, I have this amazing ocean view for sale, would be absolutely fantastic from the penthouse of the pyramid.

Errr.... that's not quite correct. Prepaid satchels have a barcode with a tracking number, which has a peel-off section the sender can remove (and attach it to the invoice to keep track of which buyer has which tracking number), and if the satchel is handed in over the PO counter, the barcode is scanned in at the time of lodging (if the PO staff do what they are supposed to do). If you buy a 10 pack of 500g prepaid satchels, the cost is $7.84 per satchel.

And a C&S satchel is $7.10 posted. And you pay for the postage when you need to, so you're not tying up money. And the C&S satchels are tracked to the door, not just the delivery centre and have guaranteed Paypal seller protection. Without hassles.
