AU items showing as from international seller

I am a local AU seller but all my items show up as items from international sellers on ebay.com.au.

I have seen that other users have the same problem but eBay has not been able to assist (yet).

I called them, they asked me to send a screenshot and that's all the support I got. No resolution or rectification.

When searching for that item and using Best Match (default setting) it comes up as 12th

on the Australian site.

And why give us a link to the UK boards?  - it's not relevant to Australia.

Yes, it is, It proves that it is a global problem which of course makes sense since the software eBay uses is the same worldwide.
