Abusive Buyers on ebay

Why is it that ebay allows a buyer to abuse sellers repeatedly but does not do anything to penalise the buyer?.

I had 100% perfect feedback until I had a creepy called "removed" abused and defamed me, and threatened police action, without the slightest attempt to resolve HIS issue. Paypal refused to refund his payment to me  based on my selling history, but I still keep the abusive feedback.

Now I find this cretin has 35 outstanding highly abusive interactions with other ebay members and I have still not had recourse from ebay.

I HAVE STOPPED SELLING UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED and I look elsewhere to BUY!! Fix this ebay,

its completely inequitable and leaves a VERY BAD TASTE in my mouth.

I know but there you are its all part of Ebays one sided for buyers policy you can't even name them.  I even complained to Ebay about this if we are not allowed to negative rate bad buyers then at least we should be able post their user names on bullentin boards or sellers bad experience boards as a warning to other sellers so you can block them from your sites and stop them causing you grief in the future but I had no reply regarding this option.  In other words ALL sellers are fair game you can only block them when they have already caused you grief ,either through stress, loss of goods, loss of money or negative rating/feedback unjustly put that Ebay will not remove or all of the above and more as some sellers I believe have experienced.  This sort thing however would rendered useless if somebody invents time travel cause we could go forward into the future and find out who's been causing us grief and return to the present and block them before they have a chance to burn us.  Unfortunately we not able to to this so as I said WE ARE FAIR GAME  to idoitic buyers who can't read listing descriptions.  You just have to be more careful who you sell to and make any terms and conditions put down in your listings in bold so they can't they didn't read the fine print.  Its a shame but thats the way it is.

I know thats why all it takes is one idoitic buyer to screw you but I'll rather have my goods back or my money then let him get away with theft to keep my 100% .

The item wasn't defective it just wasn't what he expected and so he changed his mind, but what I didn't like about it was he lied told me that it was defective tried to be real techical in his description to justfy his return.  I got the item back but i'll be selling it privately now in the real market where they can have a real look at the product there and then and pay me cash on the spot.  No more mucking around with somebody who didn't really wanted it.
