Advice please on paypal for local pickup only

One of my listings is a local pick up only which i do not want paypal on this item. I want to be paid cash at pick up which i have stated in the listing.

Why do I have to have paypal on this listing? If i sell this item and it is paid paypal and they do pick up - how do i cover myself for an item not received dispute.

If by chance they refuse this. Just cancel and relist.

And get NEG for sure.

I have offered you a perfectly simple solution if you want to avoid buyers using Paypal if the are going to pick up!
