On the new SOLD page, there is no provision to 'Leave Feedback'.
Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
I don't do Seller Hub or any of those other fancy eBay things - just the basic stuff, but I can't find where to leave FB.
TIA from someone who is probably just being real twit.

I do have access to the old all selling page, but there is no old version there. Bloody eBay.
And I've just had a message from my buyer asking if I've sent the parcel, which I thought I had marked as posted, but obviously that doesn't work properly now either.
Plus I'm still not getting email notifications of replies here - so my apologies that I haven't answered your responses to my post.

Honestly, ebay needs to pick one format and put everyone on it. They seem to be developing different versions of the same tools at the same time. What a waste of resources.

'Scuse me if I come across thick too, but have you tried another browser,
clearing cookies and cache etc.
If you're using IE then definitely change browsers.

I have a feeling that I may have 'solved' the issue.
I NEVER leave FB for anyone till I've posted/couriered. Order is post, then leave FB, been doing it that way for years.
According to live chat I've already left FB, so the assumption is that eBay left my standard one on my behalf. And somehow that knocked out the 'mark as sent' bit on the list of options.
It's the only thing that kinda makes sense.
I'll be interested to see what happens on my next sale - hopefully that will be sooner rather than later!!

Been there, done all of that, definitely not using IE. I use Chrome, and don't have any issues with it, regularly clear browsing history, etc.
Nah, think it's got to do with my post above - the only thing I can work out anyway.
I'll wait till my next sale and see if it's any different - gosh I hope I live long enough for that to happen, lol!

Have you tried looking at th buyer's feedback to see if feedback has indeed been left on your behalf?
I would be mighty annoyed if ebay had done that to me.

edit: sorry...for 5kazam -
Well something's weird then.
Feedback has been left for your most recent sales.
I'd be pretty ticked off with ebay as well.
Any wonder you couldn't leave feedback - there wasn't any to leave!

Does this work?
http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?LeaveFeedbackShow&useridto=xxxxxxxxxx&item=yyyyyyyyyy&t...
Copy the URL (right click, assuming a PC and not a mobile device), replace the x's and y's with the user ID and item number respectively.
I have done this before where a buyer cancelled after paying (note that I still use the 'legacy' system and not the new format/Seller Hub etc.), I gave them the +1 since they were an honest buyer (unlike serial time wasters which can stay on 0 for all I care).
