Am I selling internationally for this item

I don’t do a lot of selling and it’s very automated now.  I am selling a camera and I have an inquiry from a bidder in Canada.  I am not worried about selling internationally but I cannot send there for $18.  Is my auction open to international bidding?

The listing actually says excludes (not may).  Take a look at the screen shot above (domino)
