Hi, would like to ask for help or if anyone knows the steps to take.
I'm selling an item which is getting good daily sales.
This morning another seller has copied my main photo and copied and pasted my whole listing onto there ad.
What are my options to take, I've reported with EBAY but no help.
Regards,
Rwt Online.

Hi,
yes, no response.
Looking at their feedback, a chinese seller that doesn't care or responds.
Falsely advertising "Shipping from Melbourne"
EBAY seems to be no help.
Other seller copied ad

yes took the photos and editied myself.
Clearly stating I'm an australian seller.
Fraustrating that someone can just copy my entire listing. Also effects us by them say "shipped from Melbourne" when we know they're from overseas.

Hang on. They're registered in Australia.
Shipping dates would confirm that they're posting locally, not from China.
No negs to state otherwise.
Their pics are clearer than yours.
Yours are just pics of the box the product comes in.
How is that copying your listing photos?
They have a shooting star fb
You're relatively new, with only 213 fb as a seller
Just wondering....................he says/he says ........... who's copying?

Hi
you seriously don't believe they from Australia do you? really? Look at their feedback , not that hard to notice.
Anyone from any country can lie and register and say they from Australia, not that hard.
are you looking at the right listing? and the dates?
yes I've sold that many. 1 bulk order to Adelaide. and I've sold many more, ran out of stock and messed up my listings ( had to relist from stratch)
My feedback is 100% all from actual buyers , not brought like these oversea sellers.
