Auspost make it clear that parcel lockers are for parcels and not letters. However despite all my items being setup with Auspost untracked letter as the shipping method, customers can select a parcel locker.
Does the Ebay setup allow sellers to prevent parcel lockers being used?

Sorry we all went a bit off topic. There doesn't seem to be an option in the ebay listing to block parcel lockers. The only think I can think of is putting an extra sentence in your listing in the relevant items "I do not post to parcel lockers - please use a delivery address" but (a) that in itself would be time-consuming for you, and (b) we all know that buyers don't read. 😀
Perhaps you could just count your blessings that you have so many sales that emailing buyers would cost you some time.

I am amazed at how many small business people are actually reluctant to email clients.
I have international postage blocked, but still get regular requests to post overseas (via email), I respond, and often those responses turn into sales. Just a month or 2 back, someone wanted a $50 purchase, and sent a request through, which I knocked back of course, but about 6 (yes 6) emails later, we came up with a solution, and instead of $50, I had an over $700 sale, because I took the time to respond to 6 (oh wow) emails.
Some small business people are there own worst enemy,

And just to clarify, When I receive a message from a buyer it comes through as an email to me, and I reply back to that email via outlook, and it goes back via the Ebay system. So technically all of my communications to buyers is via Email, as I don't need to log into Ebay to actually reply to messages. You should try it,

If intent on giving advice - please make it correct.
As for upsetting me - I only get upset when it matters - you don't.

Its a combination of brain surgeon and rocket science. I had to google it as I heard someone say it this morning and remembered reading it somewhere a few days ago.
