HI All
I am a long-term ebay member and have started selling on ebay again about 2 years ago and now have 1900+ active listing and I normally sell around 10 items per day and even more on the weekend... but for the past 48 hours there have been no sales... making me think ebay may have issues or something else going on...
Anyone super super slow with their sales.. or is it just me
Thx

@go-tazz wrote:Good thing you didn't pick the Rainbow Rose seeds listings as they are just under 500 listings compared to the
Blue Strawberries at 84 listings,(the RR listings have droppedby by over 30 listings,(the first time it's been
under 500 for over two years),
Why don't you try Black Mangos or perhaps Pink Avocados 😉

Black mangos don't need special seeds.
Just leave your mango out in the sun for a few weeks and, presto!, black mango.

Hi all,
Just reading all the posts, I thought it was me but it seems I am not the only one that is having these issues, it is like someone has turned off the lights and then all of a sudden they are back on and sales start to happen again, I find it quite frustrating as we are all paying commissions to eBay for selling our products but they are not keeping their end of the contract and if we kick up to much of a stink we will be screwed down more, it is so annoying that they are allowed to get away with all of this 😞

Well Ebay do have their auto bots running rampant over member-to-member messages to detect even the slightest hint of attempting to make a sale outside of Ebay, and coming down heavy on transgressors.
So, what's the chance they also have a similar bot program scanning posts on the discussions boards, sussing out members that make disparaging posts? When the bots do detect such posts, the "system" automatically relegates the posters listings to the bottom of the search results.
Yeh, I know, one helluva of a conspiracy theory but, thing about it!!!!!!

Nothing is impossible, but I havnt always been complimentry of ebay and my sales have stayed very consistent. If the bots where at work, some of my past posts should have definately turned my sales off. I have watched for it and dont believe it has happened..... Yet.....,:
It is in ebays interest to have an avenue of genuine discussion which it could monitor to assess responses to changes etc. I doubt that the forums with so few active members are high on ebays radar, but they could look in from time to time when major changes such as the introduction of FVF on postage are implemented.
I suspect they have a business plan and intend to stick to it regardless. A few small sellers of used items or small stores selling new items getting upset on a tiny forum somewhere are not going to phase ebay management too much.
