I just noticed in Paypal that there was a hold on a payment for item not received. it caught me by surprise because I have received no email from Ebay or Paypal about this. I then went into Selling Manager Pro in Ebay and there is in fact an item not received dispute. I'm certain I should have received an email from Ebay about this but there is nothig (nothing in Junk mail either). Does anyone else find that they sometimes don't receive emails from Ebay??
