Anyone have issue with Promotion Tool ? Such as can't add items into sale event + Markdown ?
We recently face some issue with Promotion Tool, we can't add items into sale event + Markdown sale.
For example, we run a sale event from 15th of March to 16 of April, and after the sale event finished, we start new sale event for same items after one week, we have found out we can not add same items, system shows "skipped: Price", but during the week, we didn't change any price. So, for the first time, we add 66 items into sale events, but for the second one, we only can add 9 out of 66, they were same items with same price.
Anyone have the same issue ?
