It's been a thorn in my side. I'm NOT enrolled in Ebay International Shipping. The buyer adds multiple items to the cart and clicks "request combined shipping' and it gives them an error saying I don't offer combined shipping or the days to combined have run out {which I have selected in shipping preference, but its irrelevent because its for domestic shipping only} Anyone have any work arounds besides refunding the buyer, as this is super annoying and for me and unprofessional to the buyer.

@glprospectors, youโre posting on the Australian boards. ๐ฆ๐บ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ช
But probably the best thing to do is create a special listing with the combined items for that buyer. It does mean cancelling the current purchase (problem with buyerโs address) and hoping that the buyer will follow through with the new purchaseโฆ
Do I understand correctly that the buyer has already paid? You mention refundingโฆ That might be the issue; if buyer has already paid, presumably the invoice can no longer be changed.
