Appalling customer service on Ebay

 

I have uploaded 4 different sets of photographs to you now and so far you keep telling me not to upload the same pictures. Check the backgrounds, they are all different photos.  Close my account refund me money owed or I shall make a complaint to consumer affairs about your practices. As it is I closed the account last week. You cancelled my items for sale, refunded money to someone who had already paid for an item then relisted the same item on my site. You are totally unprofessional and I am so sick of your abuse and appalling customer service. If my money isn't refunded and account closed by 16th October I shall lodge a complaint with consumer affairs. 
You are a disgrace of a company and your customer service is non existent

It is a good idea to have some idea what you are talking about.

You have recent sold items, therefore you can not close your account and neither will ebay.

You are a new seller and your payments will be on hold for 30 days, as you agreed to.  For the item you apparently delivered in person, did you get the pickup code from the buyer and supply details to ebay.

Why are you blaming other members?

 

Your not knowing your obligations as a seller is not the responsibility of anyone here

 

Make all the threats you wish, this is a member to member forum and they will not be seen by ebay

 

Did you actually complete sign up to Managed Payments and be verified to sell?

 

Did you read what you ticked you had read and understood?

 

Do you know any of the selling basics/policies/etc

 

Please go to consumer affairs etc

 

I doubt they are in the businesses of handing out special treatment

 

You have not closed your account either

 

Contact eBay and tell them all this
