Australia Post My Post shipping labels not working???

The page in My Post for generating and paying for shipping labels has not be operative for most of the day. It is the first time I have tried to print International Standard Post labels since I closed my store for my Christmas break. Can someone please confirm if this is just a temporary glitch – for all I know it has been this way for weeks. Thanks.

Australia Post My Post shipping labels not working???

I have opened a case with AP tech support. HOWEVER I seem to have overcome this by logging into My Post Business (even though to my knowledge I am not a My Post Business member). It works fine, just as it used to through My Post. It would seem it is only the passage from My Post to the Sending tab which does not seem to be working. However it doesn't matter, so long as I can use this work-around in My Post Business.

Just finished using my post business and all working fine.  Clear your cache and reboot PC.  If you are using my post business, you also have 24/7 support.

Thanks I did all that, tried both Firefox and Chrome. I am just using My Post - not My Post Business. Wonder if that makes a difference. Doesn't work on my laptop either. Not trying to link through eBay, just using the My Post site.

I have used the labels successfully in the last few days.

 

Maybe the destination is the problem?   I noticed that when Aust Post advised that carriage to Canada was suspended, the site would not allow me to do an international label to Canada.

It is just the Sending tab which is not working for me. Tracking etc works fine. When I hit the Sending tab or try to log in through Google etc it just shows "We'll be back soon. Something's wrong, we're working on it." I'll try ringing soon. Thanks for replying.
