Australia Post Overseas delivery service

Just wondering if any other sellers have trouble with the inconsistent arrival times of packages overseas. At the start of year I was a top rated seller but because of Australia Post inconsistency i am rated as below standard because of late arrival time(even though items are sent on time 100% of the time).. Some airmail parcels taking 40 days to more to arrive. Would be interested if other people having same problem. I sell vinyl(records) by the way and have never had a problem until last 6-8 months

Its due to heightened security within the mail system. All mail in and out of australia is scanned which can add 1 week delay and then if entering USA/Canada same process but a 2 week delay. So thats 3 weeks delay without any actual shipping time added in.
