Hi,
I've recently added new products such as wide variety of balloons to sell in my eBay store and the listings have options for buyers to pick the balloon colour they want, however still not selling much.
Any advice will be much appreciated.
Thanks.

I would not buy from you, your postage for 5 balloons is the same as the postage for 100!
I would love to know how you are posting mobile phones using Aus Post in 3kg and express satchels when they can only be posted in regular parcels with a road only sticker on them.
Aus Post also don't allow the posting of mobile phones overseas, honest sellers have to use a specialised courier service which is very expensive.

Your comment in relations to mobile phones is off topic. Also 24" balloons are more in weight than 12" balloons and you can't send balloons in normal letter envelope, because Auspost classified balloons as a product and not a letter.

Yes you can ๐
Have a look online for Australia Post's full letter guide booklet (it's in PDF), download it, read it, and then when any Aus Post worker tells you that only paper or documents can be sent in a letter, show them the relevant section in their own guide that contradicts that. (One balloon could probably be sent as a small letter - flexible, small, under 5mm thick, but several balloons would need a large letter, which can be up to A4 size, 2cm thick and weigh up to 500g).
I think normal (as in, not novelty) balloons is something most people will shop for by price and location (if required for an event in the near future). Aside from that, your gallery photos only show a single colour - I think it would be better if buyers could see a range of colours is available in the listing (see example I took the liberty of making in the spolier - it only took a couple of minutes [via PicMonkey] and together with rethinking postage options, could make a big difference).

Does your item qualify as a letter?
To be considered a letter, your item must:
Is your item bigger than this? We would classify this as a small or large parcel.

Is it a good idea to sell single balloon instead a bulk pack of 50 or 100 balloons with free shipping and buyer can select the quantity. Any help will be much appreciated.

I would set up multi variation listings offering a choice of colours and a choice of pack sizes as this can help with best match search results.
