When you've completed verification
I highly recommend you limit ALL your expensive items to domestic postage only.
I can almost guarantee as a new seller you'll be scammed if and when an overseas buyer opens an 'item not as described' case through eBay's Money Back Guarantee

As Casey has said - do not - I repeat - do not - offer international postage on any of your 4 items.
