Buyer Leaving Negative Feedback Regarding not leaving feedback!

I have had a first in almost ten years of selling online. I have received negative feedback from a buyer whom is upset that I didnt leave feedback. I will be the first to admit I have been really slack on leaving feedback on ebay over time as I usually use the ebay app and like to leave feedback in bulk at the end of the month and I am unable to acces thison the app so have been putting it on the to do later list. I received an email on the 28th requesting fedback to be left as buyer was happy with the top received and stated she would leave feedback after it has been left. I then went back on eBay today as I have been studying full time and have barely had time to sleep when I replied to her email and left feedback. It was only when I noticed my feedback as it was 1111 and thought wow what a milestone that I checked my feedback and noticed that the seller had left negative feedback within 48 hours of requesting I leave feedback for her. I asked nicely for her to kindly revise feedback which she refused and after checking her feedback that she has left for others have noticed that she regulary leaves negative feedback to sellers whom she quotes are too lazy to leave feedback by leaving them negative feedback. I have contacted ebay regarding this as I thought you were only able to leave feedback regarding the sale and the item and not whether or not feedback is left. Has anyone else had similar experience like this?

8 negatives given in 90 days - most for feedback not left. She must be added to sellers special list.

I have blocked her as a buyer just hope no other sellers have the same thing happen to them as she appears to be a repeat offender at leaving negative feedback.

This nasty cow needs to be reported to eBay for continual blatant feedback abuse. Why hasn't she been deregistered yet? Not good enough, eBay. 😞

I have contacted ebay and they have placed a report and will investigate the buyer but I am not confident of any action being taken.

Sadly, neither am I. Ebay clearly protects buyers at the expense of their sellers. 😞

That's normal here buyers are here fully protected and should do anything they want. You can try to report it but i think the anwer will be we can't do anything. Wasting of time... I had simillar problem when the buyer was abusive he never pay the item left me a negative feedbacki called 3 times ebay to help me to fix it. But it seems if you follow ebay instruction open the case the buyer have everytime right to leave you negative. No support for seller at all...

Anyway you are seling a bit risky items like pre-owned clothes do not be surprised if some cheap charlie will leave you negative because he will be frustrated of something... Mostly the items when the price is low there are some ... trying to find them and leaving negatives...

Of course i do understand how it works i lsold here over 100 devices mostly in price range from $150-$1500 per piece never received any abusive feedback or abusive communication most of these buyers are my loyal customers and buying things what iI'm selling elsewhere.  Nobody tried to scam me after that hack comes here something like new wawe of poor charlies, buyers what are not willing to pay, or just buy the item and leave you negative feedback it just seems ebay do not care about the quality. Important is to charge the sellers...

And maybe is the strategy how to move sellers on another webpages like some sellers are sending the busines cards with item to buy next time from their website or gumtree or another platform.  Save 9.9% to pay via paypal or 12.7% if you pay via bank transfer or local pickup what is quite good yes maybe this is not for selers what can't afford to do their own shop and rather use ebay forever. Why in UK so many of sellers moved to amazon ? Because lost the trust of this website afte money they all paid got nothing back no support...
