Buyer Leaving Negative Feedback Regarding not leaving feedback!

I have had a first in almost ten years of selling online. I have received negative feedback from a buyer whom is upset that I didnt leave feedback. I will be the first to admit I have been really slack on leaving feedback on ebay over time as I usually use the ebay app and like to leave feedback in bulk at the end of the month and I am unable to acces thison the app so have been putting it on the to do later list. I received an email on the 28th requesting fedback to be left as buyer was happy with the top received and stated she would leave feedback after it has been left. I then went back on eBay today as I have been studying full time and have barely had time to sleep when I replied to her email and left feedback. It was only when I noticed my feedback as it was 1111 and thought wow what a milestone that I checked my feedback and noticed that the seller had left negative feedback within 48 hours of requesting I leave feedback for her. I asked nicely for her to kindly revise feedback which she refused and after checking her feedback that she has left for others have noticed that she regulary leaves negative feedback to sellers whom she quotes are too lazy to leave feedback by leaving them negative feedback. I have contacted ebay regarding this as I thought you were only able to leave feedback regarding the sale and the item and not whether or not feedback is left. Has anyone else had similar experience like this?

Low-life scumbags who buy a seller's lowest-priced item specifically for the purpose of intentionally leaving negative feedback are clearly not quite as intelligent as they think they are.

They obviously forget that the Paypal payment advice which the seller receives has the buyer's full name and home address detailed on it, and they also seem to forget that most people these days have family and friends located all around Australia, no matter where they may live themselves.

Knowing that there are some pretty nasty types lurking out there, I'm damn sure I wouldn't want to be intentionally upsetting a seller by leaving them undeserved negative feedback. All manner of retaliation is possible these days and I'd really hate to have to be looking over my shoulder every time I went out on my own, that's for sure.

I'm agree with Echidna. My husband have had here the shop he paid so much money to ebay when ebay raised the fee for services. He simple moved business out of Ebay. Most of the problems were with the items for $10 +$8 postage. I took care about the feedback's and about the customers. The raising trend started from may-jun my feedback 100% dropped down to 95% 25 refunds of items. Same with sales down down. Regarding paypal policy i asked the buyers what raised the complaint's to return the item's back. From 25 refunds i got 17 empty envelopes back. I have names addresses in some cases just the pobox and what can i do. When i called the ebay support just once i spent over 45 minutes on hold to be able speaking with somebody from ebay staff. I will rather accept the lost $300 on the goods what right now are using some "buyers" for free like to waste a time to ask for help eBay. Time is money and wasting time on hold and not achieve the keen result from eBay. Not worth the hassle close good bye and pay money for another platform where CS are valuate the selers. What can i do with names and addresses of buyers what left us the negative feedback's and sent me back just the empty envelope. Nothing if i go with the report  to police they will start laughing maybe it will take 2 months or more. Time is money and it really not worth to waste a time for things that are not working as before and support greedy ebay.

Just in case you are not aware of it quokka, you are not allowed to post on the boards with another ID if one ID is suspended.

I'm not she last time i bought something from her it was maybe 3-4 months ago - local pickup she is living 30 km from me. But it seems accusation of other's and agresive/offensive comunication is here very trendy as i see. At first verify the information you got before you raise here acusation of others at second i'm not replying to any of your comment's and i please you to do not comment my post. It seems that lindaechindna, AKA quokka2013 tried to bid on one of my items too, probably to sabotage my feedback also. She FAILED!! You'll have to try harder than that sweetheart. Thankfully, I have blocks in place, but it didn't stop her trying.....TWICE. How many accounts will you open purely to sabotage others feedback? You really are vile.

Several people have reported you to eBay for feedback sabotage, so if you keep it up, you'll find you can't have any accounts at all. As soon as you try to create a new one, they will close it straight down.

Well I have just spoken with eBay and have made formal complaints about lindaechidna and her illegal use of an alternate ID (quokka-2013) while I suspect she's been sanctioned by Lithium, her two attempts to purchase items from i-love-my-sheep (with the obvious intent of leaving negative feedback), and her purchase of my least-expensive item, also with a clear view to leaving malicious negative feedback.

The fellow I spoke with told me that because I have transcripts available of the since-deleted thread, a notation has now been made on my eBay file and if negative feedback is left, the buyer runs the very real risk of having all of her IDs cancelled permanently. Also, any negative feedback left for me will almost certainly be removed.

He also told me that because it would cost more for SOD than the item is worth, I should simply refund the buyer's payment, so that she can't claim INR and then demand a refund (which would mean that I'd also lose my item). So all in all, it was a very enlightening conversation and it will be very interesting to see what eventuates, now that eBay have been forewarned about this person's intentions.

Great news CQ!!!! I have also just sent an email report to eBay, which I'm sure will just spawn a cut and paste reply, but at least if she attempts to create new accounts with the intention of bidding on my items to leave negative feedback, it will be on record. I included mention of the screenshots I took of her now private feedback as I believe that alternate account was purely a feedback increasing account for her main account.

It's amazing when you explain things to CS calmly and in legible English how you can get positive results like that, isn't it?

Given that she has gone quiet, I'm hoping that her alternate ID has now been suspended on here too. I hope so! Big pat on the back to the mods if that's the case. I guess it's only a matter of time until she creates a new one. I wonder if she'll be so stupid as to tag her ID's in the messages like she did with the quokka ID?!
