Buyer has said that the dress received has a rip? In it and threatens bad feedback

I believe there was no rip if there iis maybe some stitching has come undone. I sent an email back saying send back and I will refund, and they agreed and now have sent off address.
I just emailed them asking how big is the rip? And is it a rip or has the stitching come undone.
Overall this is a very minor flaw, I have looked at my pics and can see nothing, it looks fine.
What is significantly as described? They threatened bad feedback, how my blood pressure jumps when I hear this lol.

All I will say is that if they have threatened to leave negative feedback there is a possibility that you will be able to get it removed by eBay as it is one of the seller protection feedback removal guidelines

Maybe ask them to send a photo of the claimed damage and then just refund if there is a rip as there is no point in having it back if it is torn.

How long have they had it?

Would they have had it long enough to wear it and do the damage?

It was posted on the 1/3/ They may have had it between 1-2weeka depending on post. Yes they have had time to wear it, this was brought up today when discussing with a friend as well as the recipient could be a shop and people trying it on.

As a buyer I would never just send it back because the seller has asked so i could get a refund. This not only opens up the seller to a INR claim but also opens up the buyer to a seller not giving a refund if one is due. Your buyer should go through the dispute process and let paypal decide.

I have received a pic of the dress with a rip, and I was shocked. It was 100% not like this when I sent it. I have added the pic. I will add another pic from the listing to compare in next post as it won't let me post 2 pics.

I just want to know what are these people thinking? Why would I or anyone sell a dress that has been shredded on the front?? I felt like crying when I saw this photo. They have not only ruined it, it is now unsellable.
